Images or a short video can make a bird-proofing conversation much more useful. If you can safely take a picture, include the ground and the area to be proofed in the same frame so we can understand the height, access and likely ladder or equipment needs.

Bird spikes can discourage perching on suitable ledges, parapets and signs. We discuss the surface, fixing points, access and future cleaning before recommending them; spikes are not a one-size-fits-all answer.
