Identify a pest without the worry
Use a few calm observations, a safe photo if you have one, and a quick call with someone who can talk it through.

START WITH A FEW CALM CLUES
You do not need a name before calling.
Think about where you found the signs: a bed or sofa, a kitchen, fabric, a roofline or an under-sink cupboard. Note what changed, when it started and whether the activity crawls, jumps, flies or makes a sound. That is enough to start a useful phone conversation.
BITES OR MARKS?
Skin marks are not a pest diagnosis.
Bed bugs, fleas and many non-pest causes can leave marks. Look for property evidence around beds, pet areas or fabrics without handling insects, droppings or damaged wiring. If symptoms are concerning or worsening, seek medical advice.
SCRATCHING OR MOVEMENT
Describe where and when you hear it.
Note whether a sound comes from a wall, floor or roof, the time of day and whether it repeats. Sounds alone cannot identify an animal. Tell us about any other signs without entering unsafe spaces or disturbing suspected droppings.

Attach a safe image through the contact form.
If you already have a picture of a sign, insect, entry point or affected area, attach it to the contact form. A short video can help with sounds or a bird-proofing area. Please do not get closer, disturb a nest or take a risk just to obtain a photo.
