The enquiry form checks availability before sending. When you submit an available form, your contact details and selected files are sent to City Pest for a response, and the page confirms receipt. If online sending is unavailable, your entries remain on your device; please call or email instead.
If you use the AI chat, your question and recent chat messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. The website does not save the chat transcript or automatically turn it into an enquiry. Do not put payment details or sensitive health information in chat. Use the enquiry form to contact the team. Analytics tags load only with consent; online invoice lookup is unavailable.
Picture preferences and video
This website uses session storage in your browser to remember your choice of pest or reassuring pictures and whether the logo introduction has played. These preferences are not sent to City Pest and normally expire when the browsing session ends. If your browser blocks this storage, preferences may need to be chosen again.
